Kati Basti
In Sanskrit Kati infers the waist region in our body and Basti literal means bladder or “which can hold, or which can retain”.
It’s a type of local SNIGDHA (moist), SWEDA (perspiration) where warm oil is kept at KATI PRADESH for a set of time.
